We are confident of the products we offer our customers. Our premium products are offered in a most price competitive manner. We would appreciate any feedback from our customers about the product. However, as a small family run business, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. We value your patronage.

Shipping Policy:

Flat shipping fee of ₹50 is charged on all the orders.

  1. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
  2. We endeavor to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of your order can take up to 7 working days. You will be informed via WhatsApp upon dispatch of the order 
  3. Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 3-5 working days for delivery to your address. 
  4. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may cause delays for which Papa Patel (NER Solutions LLP) is not liable

  1. What shipping method does the website use? Papa Patel will deliver the goods ordered to your designated address when placing the order. 
  2. What are the charges for shipping in India? Shipping varies depending on the region and the weight of the package. 
  3. How long until my order ships? We dispatch products from Monday to Saturday. Once you place the order, we will aim to dispatch the order within 3-5 business days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of your order can take up to 7 working days. For urgent requests, please get in touch with our customer service at info@papapatel.com, and we will try our best to help. 
  4. Will all items of my order be shipped in one box? Yes, we try and ship all the items together. In case, a single order has too many voluminous items, we may ship in multiple shipments in order to ensure that the product is safe and handled with care and therefore, gets to you in time. If you have a specific packaging requirement do let us know at the time of checkout and we will try and accommodate as best as we can. 
  5. How long do I have to wait to receive my order? Once the order is dispatched, it usually takes 3-5 working days for delivery to your desired address.
